The right organisation.
An easy start.
Choose your organisation, select a module and sign in with an account granted access to that area.
Access to PanelKPP
The portal includes OSP Szczecin, GSR Gryfino, SzSR Szczecin and Nielegalny.
Choose an organisationFirst sign-in
- Open the portal and choose the correct organisation.
- Select “Sign in” or the module you need.
- Use the account granted by your administrator. If invited, open your personal activation link and set your password on the website.
Do not share passwords or activation links. Choosing an organisation in the portal does not grant access.
No access or forgotten password
Use the available account recovery option on the sign-in page. If it is unavailable or the link has expired, contact your organisation’s administrator.
Your organisation’s name, account email and a short description are enough. Do not put passwords, PINs or patient documentation in the contact form.

Frequently asked questions
Does the portal work offline?
Saved public pages may be available offline. Signing in, opening modules, saving to the server and sending messages require a connection. Documentation and the KPP module’s offline vault have their own rules, described in that module.
Does switching organisations grant access to their data?
No. Each module checks the account and permissions. The portal selection only directs you to the correct place.
Why is an SMS not being sent?
Check the phone number, required consent and integration status in “Notifications and SMS”. Access to settings does not mean that sending is ready. The public portal and demo do not send SMS.
How do I move between modules?
Open a module after choosing your organisation. The “PanelKPP portal” link in the module returns to that organisation. You can also use the browser’s Back button.
What should I do before a module address changes?
Save open records and finish drafts at the existing address. The local vault and drafts remain linked to the address and device. Changing domains does not transfer them automatically.
How do I print or export?
The training module can print the programme, participant list, attendance or instructors. Exports in other areas depend on the module and your permissions.
Does the demo save real data or send messages?
No. The demo uses fictional examples only. Changes stay in the open tab and disappear on refresh. It does not send emails or SMS or create accounts.
