Information about the public portal, demo and contact form.
This translation is provided for information. The published Polish version takes precedence. Open the original Polish version
Operator and contact
The public portal is operated by Ochotnicza Straż Pożarna „Szczecin”, ul. Michała Kleofasa Ogińskiego 15, 71-431 Szczecin. Questions about information you have provided can be sent to info@osp.szczecin.pl.
Full OSP data protection information is available in the OSP privacy policy and the GDPR information. The information below explains how the public PanelKPP portal works.
Public pages and organisation selection
You do not need an account to view product information, help or the demo. If you select “Remember my choice”, the portal can store only your organisation selection in this browser. Clearing that option removes the choice. It does not save passwords or permissions.
Home screen and offline files
Your browser may store public portal files to open pages faster and show saved pages without an internet connection. This public offline mechanism does not store private API responses, KPP documentation or participant data. Organisation modules have separate authentication and storage arrangements.
Demonstration
The demo contains fictional examples only. Changes stay in the open tab’s memory and are removed on refresh. It does not retrieve organisation account data, send messages or save entered information on a server.
Contact form
The form sends your organisation name, contact person’s name, email address, selected area and enquiry to OSP’s protected system. This information is used to handle your enquiry and contact you about onboarding or support. The enquiry is available in the protected operator area. Submitting it does not create an account or subscribe you to email or SMS campaigns.
Provide only the information needed to contact you. Do not enter patient details, medical documentation, passwords, PINs or activation links.
Enquiries have a technical retention period of 90 days. After that, expired entries are removed when another enquiry is received or the operator area is accessed. This does not mean removal occurs exactly at midnight. Access is restricted to the authorised main OSP administrator.
Contact the operator to request a copy, correction or deletion of your enquiry. Provide the email address used in the form and the enquiry reference, if one was displayed.
Technical logs and security
Services hosting the portal and its backend may process technical connection information needed to provide the website and prevent abuse. The form is subject to submission limits. The public portal contains no advertising tools or external analytics scripts.
Access to modules
Each module uses its organisation’s account and permission rules. Information submitted through the public form does not provide access to other organisations’ data. Questions about documentation held in a module should be directed to the relevant organisation’s administrator.
